The staff was friendly! The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, which made mornings enjoyable.

Room cleanliness was inconsistent. Communication with housekeeping felt lacking. I often had to remind for services.

The hotel has a wonderful clean pool area and a great hot breakfast with plenty of options.

I was shocked by the unprofessional treatment I received at check-in. The staff were unable to accommodate my son, which resulted in him driving over an hour back home instead of enjoying our planned stay in St Simons. When I inquired about this situation, the service was dismissive and left me feeling frustrated and aggravated.

Take advantage of the nightly s'mores by the fire pit, it’s a delightful experience for families.

The pool area was like a lil’ slice of heaven! Got to soak up the sun while my family had a splashin' good time. The kitchenette in our room made it easy to whip up some meals. Just wish I didn't have to keep askin’ for housekeeping every day. But I reckon that won’t stop us from comin' back, bless your heart!

home2 suites by hilton had a spacious queen studio suite that was super clean and perfect for our family. the kitchen in the room was really convenient for meals. it’s close to the airport, which was handy! breakfast had fresh waffles that made mornings a bit brighter.

Additionally, the outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a great area to relax after a busy workday. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable.
